By accessing and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility

3. Services Overview
FramePop AI offers tools that allow users to create video content using artificial intelligence.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the legality, appropriateness, and accuracy of any content you create or upload using the Services. You agree not to use the Services to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates any laws or third-party rights. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and rights to use any third-party content, such as images, audio, or video, in the content you generate.
5. User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create using our Services. However, by using the Services, you grant FramePop AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. We reserve the right to delete any created content that we discover to violate any applicable law or rights of third-parties.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Engage in any activity prohibited by any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to copyright infringement, harassment, or defamation, or to facilitate the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Create pornography, nudity, or other illegal and obscene materials.
- Intentionally create a likeness of a real person, living or dead.
- Misrepresent or impersonate another individual or entity.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
- Circumvent any security measures related to the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decipher, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover or determine the source code of the FramePop AI platform or services.
- Train any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or algorithm or products using any content or elements from the FramePop AI platform or services.
7. Intellectual Property
- All materials, software, content, and intellectual property provided by FramePop AI, including but not limited to the AI technology used to create videos, trademarks, logos, and website content, are the exclusive property of FramePop AI and are protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services only as described herein and in any applicable Order Form.
- FramePop AI is a technology company that provides a technology service with which you, the customer, are enabled to generate video content to your own specifications. FramePop AI is not the owner nor the copyright holder of any video content created by its customers. You, the customer, are the sole owner of the video content IP that you create via the FramePop AI technology and are solely responsible for obeying any and all copyright or other intellectual property laws when utilizing your video content commercially or otherwise.
- FramePop AI is not a music AI company. FramePop AI does not create music. As such, any and all audio files uploaded to the FramePop AI technology platform will never be uploaded to, nor train a music-generating AI model. Your intellectual property remains your own. We may use software to examine your audio files solely to optimize the video generated by our technology.
- We may also, at your choice, use lyric detection software, but your IP does not train any music or lyric-generating AI models in doing so.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can access our Privacy Policy here.
9. Fees and Payments
Rates and fees are detailed in your Order Form. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in accordance with the payment terms specified during your purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use of the Services may harm our reputation or operations.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” FramePop AI, Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event will FramePop AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid FramePop AI in the six months prior to the incident giving rise to such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Framepop AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to any third-party claims related to content you create or upload using the Services.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any disputes arising from your use of the Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You hereby agree to resolve any such dispute solely by arbitration in Los Angeles, California before a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitrator shall be selected by application of the rules of the AAA, or by mutual agreement of the parties, except that such arbitrator shall be an attorney admitted to practice law in the state of California. By using the Services, you agree not to challenge the jurisdiction or venue provisions of this section.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
